Terms & Conditions
- Rates are exclusive of 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Published Rates are based on 2 people sharing a room
- Surcharge applicable for certain periods.
- Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 11:00 AM.
- All reservations pay by a credit card in advance.
- Low season periods April 1 - May 31, October 1 - December 19 and Jan 5 - March 31)
- High season periods are June 1 - 20 July and 4 - 30 September.
- Peak Season Periods are 21st July - 3rd September & 20th December - 5th January
- In the event of cancellation 30 days (in low season), 45 days (in high season) and (60 days for Peak Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night’s accommodation.
- In the event of cancellation 7 days (in low season period), 21 days (in high season period) & 30 days (Peak Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from total accommodation charge.
- No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full room night charge.
